Order processing and prescription approval time are separate and may vary based on provider availability and medical review. Once your prescription is approved and your order is processed, your selected shipping method will be applied.

We use trusted carriers including FedEx and USPS, depending on your location and the medication being shipped.
Some medications can be shipped to P.O. boxes via USPS. However, temperature-sensitive prescriptions (such as medications that require refrigeration) must be shipped to a physical address. If there’s an issue with your shipping address, our team will reach out to you.
Due to pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they’ve been shipped. This ensures the safety and integrity of all medications.
If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
Orders may be canceled or changed before they ship. Once processing has started, we’re unable to cancel or modify the order. Please note: You may be subject to a $39 consultation fee once a prescription has been written by the provider, even if the order is canceled before shipping.

We ensure that we package your order securely for shipping, but we can never guarantee that it will not be damaged in transit. If any damage has been found, retain all original packing materials and cartons in order to file a claim with the carrier. Claims must be made within 10 business days to the carrier, USPS. You may reach them at 1-800-222-1811. Fed Ex can be reached at 1-800-GoFedEx, 1-800-463-3339. Shipping carriers have no legal obligation to honor your claim unless you follow these procedures. We are happy to assist you however we can with the claims process. However, we are not ultimately responsible for collection of claims from the carrier.
