Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

Compounded medications can take 7–10 days to ship. We don’t ship on weekends, and promos may slow processing. Don’t worry—you’ll get a tracking email once it ships!

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders ship within 3–10 days. Compounded meds need extra time to receive the prescription, prepare the medication, and ship. We’ll email you tracking once it’s on the way!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your prescription is in process, changes/cancellations are usually not possible. But if you reach out quickly, we’ll do everything we can!

Can I get expedited shipping?

Not for all orders—yet! 🚀 But good news: compounded and refrigerated meds already ship using an expedited method to maintain quality.

Can you ship to my state?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states (yes, even Hawaii! 🌺). We don’t ship to U.S. territories (USVI, Puerto Rico) or Canada. Some compounded items have state-specific restrictions—check the product page or ask us to confirm.

Do I have any refills left?

You’ll find that info right on your prescription bottle!

Why does it say I need an RX when I already have one?

A few possibilities:
• Your prescription has expired
• You’re out of refills
• Your request doesn’t match the RX we have If the med is eligible for a consult, complete the form we sent (it's free). Need help locating it? Just ask!

How do I complete a doctor’s visit?

Add your item to the cart, and if a consultation is needed, you’ll be prompted to complete a quick online medical form—or we’ll email/text it to you.

Why was my medication denied?

Providers review your medical history to ensure safe prescribing. If anything is contraindicated, they may deny the RX. You’ll receive more details in your message. If you'd like, we can fill it with a valid prescription from your provider.

Can I fill my order using my own doctor’s prescription?

Can I send my doctor’s prescription directly to you?

Due to pharmacy laws, we can’t accept RXs directly from patients. But your provider can send it in—or we’re happy to request it on your behalf!

Do you have any discounts or promotions?

How much is it per pill?

It depends on the product, dosage, and form. Just search for the product on our site to see exact pricing. Need help? Just ask!

How much does the medication cost?

Pricing varies by medication, dose, and formulation (tablet, troche, injection). The product page will have all the info you need. Can’t find it? We’ve got you!

Can I get a refund?

Refunds depend on the situation. If your product was damaged or incorrect, reach out so we can fix it quickly! 💚 Results may vary per person, but we’re always here to help find the best fit.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Federal laws prohibit returns or exchanges on prescription meds—even if unopened.
That said, if we made a mistake or something arrived damaged, contact us—we’ll make it right!
For OTC items, unopened returns are accepted if they’re in resellable condition.

How is my prescription shipped?

Most meds use standard shipping. Compounded or refrigerated items are shipped via expedited methods to maintain quality. Check the product FAQ for details.

My refrigerated item arrived warm/melted—what now?

Totally normal! Cold packs are there to help during transit but often arrive melted. Just refrigerate the med once it arrives. Concerned? We’re happy to check in with you.

Does my item need to be refrigerated?

Some compounded meds—including troches and injections—do. Check the product FAQ or ask us if you’re unsure!

Do you offer samples or trial packs?

Since these are prescription medications, we legally can’t offer samples. But you can order the smallest available quantity to try. Your provider can adjust treatment as needed.

Do you have a referral program?
